Politics and films share several similarities. Like in film industry where stars, producers & directors often launch their sons & relatives, politicians’ too pass on their legacy to their sons, daughters. Presently, the third generation leaders are entering into politics walking in the footsteps of their fathers, grandfathers.
The latest to join the legion is AP Speaker and former Home Minister Kodela Siva Prasad’s son Kodela Sivaram, who is now active in the politics of Guntur district, is contemplating to contest direct elections next time. While his father is busy as Speaker, Sivaram is taking care of the Sattenapalli constituency represented by his father and also working towards strengthening party.
Recently, when TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu called on for the party’s district coordination meeting, Sivaram has attended. This has strengthened the speculations that he would be eyeing to take over his dad’s work.
Meanwhile Nara Lokesh would soon join his AP cabinet and expected to carry forward the legacy of his father Chandrababu Naidu and grandfather-legendary NTR.
