EC Banned NTR TDP & Anna TDP


In its bid to curb the inactive political parties which have been working as tools to convert black money into white, Election Commission of Indian (EC) has released an official statement banning 255 political parties across the country. These parties have not contested any elections during 2005-2015 and they exist only on paper.

A total of 12 parties belonging to the Telugu speaking states have been banned. Of the 12, the noted are NTR Sr’s son Hari Krishna founded Anna Telugu Desam and Lakshmi Parvathi’s NTR Telugu Desam parties.

The remaining 10 parties are listed below:

All India Sadguna Party

Andhra Nadu Party

Bahujana Republic Party

Bharatiya Seva Dal

Jai Telangana

Mudiraj Rashtriya Samithi

National Citizens Party

Satyayug Party

Telangana Congress Party

Telangana Praja Party
