Karan Johar’s controversial flick Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is also facing trouble before its release on October 28 this Diwali in Hyderabad. BJP MLA T Raja Singh warned the managers of five cinema halls in his Goshamahal assembly constituency in Hyderabad stop screening the film.
He wrote letters to the managers of Santosh, Swapna, Ramakrishna, Tarakarama and Inox theaters not to screen the film. He opposed the Pakistan film actor Fawad Khan playing a role in the film. ‘Pakistan terrorists and it’s army killed soldiers of Indian Army. We don’t want any film featuring anti- Indian to be shown in the theaters.
The film has been centre of the controversy after Pakistan terrorists attacked the Indian Army. Right wing groups threatened to stall the film screening in many states.
