Telangana minister for Information Technology, Municipal Administration and Panchayat Raj K T Rama Rao is known for his foot-in-the-mouth behaviour.
He tries to play it to the gallery by making funny comments and then take them back when they become controversial.
Remember the controversial comment of KTR during the GHMC elections to appease Seemandhra voters in Hyderabad?
He said the TRS would soon get re-christened from Telangana Rashtra Samithi to Telugu Rashtra Samithi and would contest elections even in Andhra Pradesh.
He himself offered to contest from Bhimavaram from where he would get elected easily. He was forced to take back following strong criticism from Andhra leaders and also media.
Now, KTR has sought to give a new definition to the TRS. Since the party had virtually demolished the entire Opposition by winning almost all the elections held in the last two years, the TRS has emerged as “Tiruguleni Rajakeeya Shakti” (Unparalleled political force).
Well, it might have sounded music to the party activists, but KTR should not forget that days will not remain the same for political parties.
The TRS might lose the elections one day and one wonders what different definition would the people give it then!
