Has actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan’s perception of Andhra Pradesh bifurcation changed? If his recent interview to the leading Telangana daily is any indication, he appears to have changed his opinion on the division of the state.
During the elections, he was highly critical of the division of the state and has passionately argued that Andhra Pradesh was given a raw deal.
But, in the interview, the Jana Sena chief said the division was done very consciously and added that there was no hatred in the division. He also complemented KCR for running a conscious, hate-free movement for Telagana state. He also lauded KCR for owning up everyone in Telangana and for assuring that he would take care of every section of the society.
Pawan also said he had grown up in Telangana and felt that both Telangana and Andhra had different and incompatible cultures and were therefore irreconcilable. He also lauded KCR for his command over Telugu language.
